Meet Kevin
Kevin Brock is a lifelong resident of Baldwin County and a dedicated public servant with more than 25 years of combined military and law enforcement experience. A graduate of Robertsdale High School (Class of 1984), Kevin has spent his life serving his country and his community.
After graduating, Kevin served in the United States Air Force from 1984 to 1990, where he learned the values of discipline, accountability, and teamwork that have guided his career ever since. Following his military service, he put himself through the police academy and began a law enforcement career that would span more than two decades across Baldwin County.
Kevin served in virtually every facet of law enforcement, including patrol, investigations, supervision, and administration. He eventually served as Chief of Police for both Silverhill and Summerdale, where he worked to strengthen departments, improve training standards, and build strong relationships between law enforcement and the communities they served.
Committed to lifelong learning, Kevin returned to school while working full-time and earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
He has also served as a criminal justice instructor at Coastal Alabama Community College for nearly two decades, helping train the next generation of public servants.
Throughout his career, Kevin has managed personnel, budgets, and complex public operations. His experience working with local, state, and federal agencies has given him a practical understanding of how government should function...efficiently, transparently, and in service to the people.
Kevin lives in Baldwin County with his family and remains deeply committed to preserving the values and quality of life that make Baldwin County a special place to call home.
A Commitment to Accountability
Kevin’s belief in transparent government is shaped by experience.
After facing public scrutiny, with charges ultimately dropped, he gained firsthand insight into the importance of due process, oversight, and responsible leadership.
That experience strengthened his resolve to ensure that government decisions are made openly, fairly, and with accountability.
